Welcome to MDChaney. By accessing our website and purchasing our digital products, you agree to be bound by the following Terms of Service. Please read them carefully.

1. Ownership and Intellectual Property

All digital products, including but not limited to software, designs, text, graphics, and video content, are the intellectual property of MDChaney.

  • License: Upon purchase, we grant you a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the product for personal or internal business use.

  • Restrictions: You may not redistribute, resell, lease, license, or sublicense our products to any third party without explicit written consent.

2. Payments and Pricing

  • Currency: All transactions are processed in USD.

  • Pricing: We reserve the right to change prices at any time without prior notice.

  • Payment Methods: We accept major credit cards.  You represent that you have the legal right to use any payment method provided.

3. Refund Policy

Due to the nature of digital products (which are intangible and cannot be "returned"), all sales are generally final.

  • Exceptions: Refunds may be granted at our sole discretion if the digital file is proven to be defective or corrupted and a replacement cannot be provided.

  • Request Period: Refund requests must be submitted to markchaney@mdchaney.com within 7 days of purchase.

4. Delivery of Products

Digital products are delivered via Email and the user dashboard immediately following a successful payment. If you do not receive your product within 24 hours, please contact our support team.

5. Prohibited Use

You agree not to use our products for any illegal or unauthorized purpose. This includes:

  1. Modifying or "hacking" the digital files to bypass security.

  2. Using the products to create derivative works for commercial resale.

  3. Uploading products to public file-sharing sites.

6. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, MDChaney shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from the use or inability to use our products. We do not warrant that our products will be error-free or meet your specific requirements.

7. Governing Law

These terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United States of America, State of Nebraska, without regard to its conflict of law principles.

8. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to update these terms at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting to this page. Your continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.

1. Subscription Cycles and Automatic Renewal

By purchasing a subscription, you agree to an initial and recurring subscription fee at the then-current rate.

  • Billing Frequency: Subscriptions are billed on a [Monthly/Annual] basis.

  • Automatic Renewal: Your subscription will automatically renew at the end of each billing cycle unless you cancel it before the renewal date.

  • Authorization: You authorize MDChaney to charge your provided payment method for the renewal term.

2. Cancellation Policy

You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account settings or by contacting MarkChaney@mdchaney.com.

  • Timing: To avoid being charged for the next cycle, you must cancel at least 48 hours before your renewal date.

  • Access After Cancellation: Upon cancellation, you will continue to have access to the digital products until the end of your current paid billing period. No partial refunds will be issued for unused time.

3. Free Trials and Promotions

If we offer a free trial, the following rules apply:

  • Transition to Paid: At the end of the trial period, your account will automatically convert to a paid subscription, and your payment method will be charged unless you cancel before the trial ends.

  • Eligibility: Free trials are limited to one per household/user. We reserve the right to revoke a trial if we detect "trial hacking" or multiple account creations.

4. Fee Changes

We reserve the right to adjust pricing for our subscription services.

  • Notice: Any price changes will take effect following an email notification to you at least 30 days in advance.

  • Acceptance: If you do not agree to the price change, you must cancel your subscription before the change takes effect.

5. Account Suspension for Non-Payment

If a recurring payment fails (e.g., expired credit card or insufficient funds), we reserve the right to:

  1. Attempt to re-process the payment over a period of 7 days.

  2. Suspend access to the digital products and platform features until the balance is paid in full.
